TutorMee West London – Recurring Payment Disclosure
By subscribing to TutorMee West London services, you agree to a recurring monthly payment plan for your selected tutoring package.
Subscription Options
Group Tutoring Sessions – £25 per month
- Includes 4 group tutoring sessions per month.
- Sessions are delivered according to the agreed timetable.
- Students will receive structured support, guidance, and learning activities designed to improve understanding and confidence.
- Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless cancelled.
1-to-1 Tutoring Sessions – £35 per month
- Includes 4 individual tutoring sessions per month.
- Sessions are personalised and tailored to the learner’s individual needs, academic goals, and areas for development.
- If you are interested in 1-to-1 tutoring, please email TutorMee West London so we can arrange a suitable booking date and time that works best for the child’s needs and learning requirements.
- Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless cancelled.
Recurring Payments
Your chosen subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on a monthly basis. By completing your payment, you authorise TutorMee West London to collect recurring payments until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future payments but does not provide a refund for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
Missed Sessions
If a session is missed by the student, please notify TutorMee West London in advance where possible. Missed sessions may not be refundable or transferable unless agreed separately.
Payment Agreement
By subscribing, you confirm that:
- You understand this is a recurring monthly subscription.
- You authorise monthly payments of the selected plan amount.
- You have reviewed and accepted TutorMee West London’s terms and conditions.
